Terms And Conditions
The terms and conditions established below constitute the complete understanding and agreement between Inka’s Destination SAC., and the client with respect to each and every one of the reservations, trips or transactions made with Inka’s Destination. As used in the Terms, we, owners, employees, agents and affiliates.
Normally Inka’s Destination requests a deposit of 50% of the cost of the trip per person as soon as the client confirms the reservation.
The balance of the Cost of the Trip must be paid at least 1 day or 2 days before departure at the time of your visit to our office located at Av. los Incas 1206, int. 201, Cusco or when our representative will visit you at your hotel, in the case of other tours that are located outside of Cusco, payment can be made online.
If the client wishes for comfort and ease not to carry cash, can make the full deposit in advance.
Payments can be made in the form of:
- From our website payment platform supported by WETRAVEL.COM via Credit Card – Visa / MasterCard / American Express
- Through Paypal account
- Wire transfer
- Direct deposit through Western Union
All payment methods have their own international transfer tax charges.
Legal capacity to contract
The client declares that he has sufficient legal capacity to contract the services offered by Inkasdestination.com Likewise, the client states that he understands and accepts all the General Conditions established here and will use our website and the services offered.
All accommodations are based on double occupancy. We will try to find roommates for solo travelers willing to share accommodations. If this is not feasible or if you prefer single accommodations, you will be assessed the aditional charge for single accomodation.
Cancellation by the Client
Before cancel, you can reschedule your tour only 72 hours in advance some tours are nor necesary modificate the date of the entrance ticket o transportation but in the case of Machu Picchu is necesary modificate the date and schedules in the entrance to Machu Picchu and the train ticket,for these modification we have to pay a penality that will be charge for you (it is not more of 15.00 dollars per each ticket), and all depend of the available spaces.
If the reschedule is longer than 72 hours the change could be a bit easier any kind change.
If you have to cancel the reservation, all deposits will be returned less a cancellation fee, administrative expenses. Cancellations must be in writing. If it is done 4 days or more days before departure, the refound fee is 100% of the cost tour. If made between 72 hours before departure, the charge is 50% of the cost tour and if made 24 hours or less before departure the cancellation charge is 100% of the tour cost.
In all tours that included Machu Picchu we have to coordinate with the Ministrio de Cultura (Gorverment organization that sell the Machu Picchu tickets and also Peru Rail company that sell the train tickets).
Canceled two and four day Inca Trail tours are more dificult to refund the 100% beecause Inca Trail permits cannot be rescheduled.
Any modification or cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, any communication made by telephone or any other means will not be valid. These requests will be dealt with during business hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Outside these hours, the effective date of cancellation or modification will be the next business day.
